Instagram has no policy called a shadowban. Check Account Status before assuming anything
This is the step almost every shadowban guide skips, and it answers the question directly. Instagram exposes recommendation eligibility to professional accounts in the app: Settings, then Account, then Account Status.
It reports two things separately - whether your content can be recommended in Explore, Reels and Feed Recommendations, and whether your account can be recommended in Search and Suggested Accounts. It also shows a sample of the posts responsible, and lets you contest the decision with Request a Review.
