    Automation

ContentIQ runs three weekly automated pipelines every Sunday morning to keep your content intelligence fresh.

    Weekly Pipelines (Sundays)

🕕 Sunday 6:00 AM UTC — Outlier Discovery

Scans your configured niche keywords and hashtags across selected platforms. Finds content that over-performs relative to the creator's average engagement. Saves outliers scoring above your minimum threshold to your library.

🕖 Sunday 7:00 AM UTC — Competitor Content Fetch

Fetches the 20 most recent posts from each of your tracked competitor accounts. New content is saved to your library and automatically queued for deep AI analysis. Calculates outlier scores for each piece.

🕗 Sunday 8:00 AM UTC — Trending Content

Identifies recently published content gaining engagement at an accelerated rate. Focuses on posts from the last 48 hours showing rapid growth. Results appear in the Trending tab on the Discover page.

    Configuration

Automation is configured through two places:

    1. Brand Profile → Niche Config: Keywords, hashtags, platforms, and follower ranges control what the outlier and trending pipelines look for.
    2. Brand Profile → Competitor Accounts: The list of accounts controls which creators the competitor fetch pipeline scrapes.

    Manual Triggers

You don't have to wait for the weekly schedule:

    • Run Discovery: Available on the Dashboard and Discover pages.
    • Fetch & Analyze All: Available on the Competitors tab in Discover.

    Monitoring

Check the Automation Status card on the Brand page to see when each pipeline last ran and whether it completed successfully. Failed runs show error messages with details.

Tip: All automated pipelines require a configured niche (keywords/hashtags) and at least one competitor account. If these are empty, the pipelines will have nothing to process.
