    Everything about plans, add-ons, bundles, and managing your subscription.

    Pricing Model

    ContentIQ uses a Base + Add-ons model on a 4-week (28-day) billing cycle. A base subscription is required for all users unless they subscribe to the Ultimate bundle.

    Team Seats

    Every workspace includes 2 free members (including the owner). Additional seats can be added for $9/mo per member. The system counts both active members and pending invitations toward the limit.

    Free Trials

    ContentIQ offers 30-day free trials via special invitation links. If you received a trial link, you'll go through checkout as normal but won't be charged until the trial period ends. Stripe handles trial-to-paid transitions automatically — no action needed from you.

    Tip: Trial links can also pre-fill your email and name during signup for a seamless onboarding experience.

    Coupons

    Coupon codes can be applied during checkout. If you have a valid coupon, enter it on the Stripe checkout page to receive your discount. Coupons may offer percentage or fixed-amount discounts and can be restricted to specific plans.

    Managing Your Subscription

    You can manage your subscription directly within ContentIQ:

    • Add or remove add-ons: Go to Team → Billing and toggle add-ons on or off.
    • Upgrade to Ultimate: Switch to the Ultimate bundle from the Billing section. Your existing base and add-on subscriptions are automatically replaced.
    • Switch to Annual: Toggle the annual billing option on the Ultimate plan to save 30%.
    • Update payment method: Click "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe billing portal where you can update your card or payment details.
    • Cancel subscription: Use the "Manage Billing" portal to cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
    Note: Cancelling your subscription does not delete your data. You can resubscribe at any time and your content, analyses, and scripts will still be there.
