Schedule approved clone videos and let ContentIQ publish them automatically.

How posts reach the calendar

The calendar shows videos from your Production Queue. Once a clone video is approved and rendered in Clone Studio, open the Review tab and click Schedule to pick a date and time. The post then appears on the calendar with a

scheduled

status.

Calendar views

Month: A full month grid. Drag a scheduled post to a new day to reschedule it.
Week: Seven-day columns for a closer look at the coming week.
List: A chronological list of every scheduled and published post.

Post statuses

Scheduled: Queued to publish at its set time.
Publishing: Currently being sent to your connected platforms.
Published: Live on every selected platform.
Failed: Publishing hit an error — open the post to see the message.

Managing a scheduled post

Click any post to open its detail panel, where you can:

Reschedule: Move it to a different date and time.
Publish now: Skip the schedule and publish immediately.
Unschedule: Pull it off the calendar and back into the queue.

At the scheduled time, ContentIQ publishes the video to every platform you connected via Blotato — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube — with captions generated for each one.

Tip: Connect your social accounts in Integrations before scheduling — a post can only publish to platforms your team has linked.
